Introduction to “CREATE”
CREATE is an exchange-based project which aims to provide a platform for youth today to explore the creative world through technology and in doing so, enhance their capabilities and competitiveness in the field of advertising and information technology.
CREATE is one such non-profit project that aims to equip local undergraduates in Malaysia with technopreneurial, personal & professional IT development skills. First time ever; foreign graduate students together with local AIESEC members will be managing the project.
CREATE comes in two phases; the first being the CREATE Workshop, and then the CREATE Competition. We aim to empower at least 200 local and international undergraduates through the two phases with creativity exploration, advertorial knowledge and even exposure on the opportunities in the industry.
Objectives:
- To equip local undergraduates with industry relevant technology know-how and
technopreneurial skills.
- To provide a platform for local and international undergraduates from diverse
backgrounds to utilize their talent to create original quality works.
- To develop technology know-how and technopreneurial skills among the local
community, members of AIESEC and international exchange participants through
project management.
- To provide a learning network for AIESEC stakeholders, which include the local
community, with a common and continuous focus on information technology.
- Realizing AIESEC’s vision, “Peace and Fulfilment of Humankind’s Potential” through
our core work, which is the International Internship Exchange Programme.
